Mr. Santosh Deodhar – Head of Project Execution & Development
Brief Introduction:
• Graduate Civil Engineer with 29 Years of experience in all verticals of constructions, including industrial and real estate projects. Also completed PG course in industrial management from Welingkar Institute, Mumbai and MBA in Consultancy Practices from BITS, Pilani.
• Have been associated with variety construction projects, like township, industrial, malls, hotels, marine and petrochemical works, covering end to end involvement in project delivery process.
• Committee member of National Building Code 2016 (NBC 2016): Part 11.
After working for organizations like Finolex, BARC, K Raheja, Hirco, Inorbit (totaling about for 24 years), I have decided to start a self-employment (from June 2013 onwards) by offering independent professional consultancy services covering various fields.
Current Roles:
A. Real Estate and Business Management Trainings:
• S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. My role: Adjunct Faculty for their FMB Real Estate Management elective subject, BIP and BP- syllabus, content and trainings.
• Conducted many of capacity building training programs with NMIMS MBA and RECM students and with REMI, Mumbai for their course participants. I am closely working with senior real estate professionals and trusted associates, covering almost entire areas of real estate
developments to establish following activities.
B. Development Management Consultancy:
Various projects including townships, affordable housing, hotels, resorts at various parts of India and Nepal.
• Development Management Consultancy: Professional Consultancy works for all built spaces, industrial spaces for various development needs like project feasibility study, design management, PMC, cost engineering, Quantity Survey, Project Deliver through Contracts formulation and administration, Value Management through quality as business function including QA QC etc for various developmental projects- residential complex, institutional, retail, commercial etc.
• Value Management: during the entire project life cycle of which Sustainable Development is part of services as holistic approach.
C. Manufacturing works:
• Designing, manufacturing, installing and commissioning of Sewage Water Treatment Plants using fully customized
solutions approach.
D. Passion:
• Passionate about documentary films production and sustainable development. Various documentary films produced on
various environmental issues are nominated at various national and international film festivals. (Ekotopfilm, Slovakia, CMS
Vatavaran, New Delhi, Vigyan Chal Chitra Mela, DST, New Delhi, Kirloskar Vasundhara film festival, Pune).
• Won the 3rd state level award in 2013 for the film “Redefining Greens” in competition organized by MPCB, Govt of
Maharashtra which covers adaptation of traditional architectural practices with modern materials and aspirations.
